Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return policy on most items, allowing you to request returns and refunds if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you'll find all the details about our return process, refund eligibility, and how to initiate a request.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or clearance merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@zflipcases.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide return authorization, complete instructions, and the return shipping address within 2 business days
  3. Ship items to the provided return address using a trackable method

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Always contact us first to receive proper return instructions.

Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs except in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The return is due to our error

For eligible free returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

EU & UK Customers - 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under EU and UK consumer laws, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items without needing to provide a reason. However, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We'll send a confirmation email
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days
  • Deductions may be made for any loss in value of the goods if the item is not returned in its original condition

Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-10 business days).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@zflipcases.com
  • Include photos/videos showing the issue
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label and return address
  • Free replacement will be shipped once we receive the return
